In my body treatment, AromaTouch Technique® I use dōTERRA essential oils to help balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body.

I apply the essential oils along the length of your spine, your head, your neck, your shoulders, the soles of your feet and finally your hands in four steps, to:

Stimulate & Soothe

Invigorate & Center your body

 

I apply soft-medium pressure along energy meridians and visceral contact points.

This treatment will give you a sense of wellbeing, relaxation and renewal of your body and mind.
